Challenges
Hundreds of line items of different pieces needed for each room
Coordinating with the PM and GC on what the schedules are for the next load to be pulled and delivered 3.5 hours away
Amount of storage required a large amount of the warehouse to be consumed and storage containers to be dropped in our yard
Coordinating many shipping deliveries to not overbook our dock
